虹の端を見た人はバレーノに会うことができると信じられており、虹が出た日はイベントのように街が盛り上がります。
「ハーイ！！ぼくはバレーノ。散歩をすることが大好きで、きれいなものを集めながら歩いているよ。特に好きなのは流れ星のかけらで、それが見つかったらすごくテンションがあがっちゃう！そんな時はスキップをするんだけど、後ろを見たらぼくの歩いたところがカラフルに光ってることがあるんだ。」
